Classical French Culinary Training and Techniques
Our programs teach students a solid understanding of classical French culinary techniques with an emphasis on current industry practices. They help prepare them for entry to midlevel positions in the food service and hospitality management industries.

Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts
(Associate of Applied Science Degree)

Our Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program is designed to provide the theoretical foundation and technical skills necessary to succeed in the food service industry.

The program aims to give students the background and experience necessary to enter the food service industry in entry- to mid-level positions and to advance to a variety of related positions.

The program is designed to be 15 months long: 12 months on campus followed by a three-month externship where students can apply their culinary skills in a real-world setting.

Graduates should be prepared to assume entry- to mid-level positions such as cook, apprentice chef, or caterer in settings including restaurants, hotels, schools, bakeries, resorts, and cruise ships.*

Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie and Baking
(Associate of Applied Science Degree)

Our Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie & Baking Program is designed to teach students the theoretical foundation and practical skills necessary to succeed in the baking and pastry industry.

Le Cordon Bleu's affiliation with Orlando Culinary Academy combines classical French pastry techniques with American technology.

The program is designed to be 15 months long: 12 months on campus followed by a three-month externship where students can apply their skills in a real-world setting.

Le Cordon Bleu Diplôme
In addition to the Associate of Applied Science Degrees, graduates receive the Le Cordon Bleu Diplôme, recognized locally and worldwide.

Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts (Diploma)
The Diploma in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program at Orlando Culinary Academy can help you prepare for entry-level positions in areas such as Baking and Pastry, Garde Manger, and American and International Cuisines.

With a curriculum that emphasizes practical culinary arts training with added elements of pastry preparation, the Diploma Program can help prepare students to enter their career field in as little as 30 weeks.
